Something went wrong at The Armoury

Two things went wrong last visit at The Armoury during the North London Derby. This have never ever happend before. After my email to Arsenal Direct back in Sweden, it took four days and everything was sorted. Wonderful customer service and a service minded store manager, I must say. Many thanks to Paul and The Armoury at The Arsenal. From discovering these errors when I came home and get that negative feeling, Paul and Arsenal change this into something positive in a few days is just wonderful. Thank you.
